Management team

David Collett, Chairman, was until recently CEO of Green CO2 plc, an AIM listed company which provided consultancy to the European Building Directive and the Carbon Reduction Commitment Programme for the public and commercial sector.  Green CO2 plc raised £10 million in December 2009 changed name to Green Compliance plc.  2002 – CEO of Destini Group merged with Thinc in 2005 – £40 million turnover sold to AXA for £100 million in 2006.

Caroline Joseph, Managing Director, has worked within the energy supply industry since 1989 in a range of sales, marketing, strategic business and product development roles. Prior to joining Solar2Energy in December 2010, Caroline was Sales and Marketing Director at Reuben Power PLC from June 2009 following 7 years as Sales Director at BizzEnergy, and 10 years in Sales Management and Development at Powergen (E.ON).

Richard Lindley, Finance Director, is a CIMA qualified accountant and commercially experienced finance director with extensive international business exposure. Richard has worked at main board level in both private and quoted PLC companies and has a track record of working in high growth private equity backed businesses.

Andrew Bowley, Technical Director, a controls innovator for 20 years with over 2,000 installations in the UK, North America and Canada. Founder of Fuel Economy Ltd. Technical Director of National Energy Saving Service Ltd.

Hugh CaswellCommercial Director. Hugh has been involved in Energy consultancy to the private and public sector on certification and compliance with EPBD directives and CRC Legislation. He has also been a founder director of Green Energy Matters ( Europe) Limited and has specialised in the public sector.

Keith Munday, Non Executive Director, has been in the power industry for over 29 years, having qualified as a mechanical engineer with a business administration degree.  He has worked for PowerGen for many years in a variety of roles. In 2000 he left PowerGen (then E.ON) and joined Bizz Group as Director of Trading, later joining the board of BizzEnergy, an electricity supply business, as Commercial Director. He has a strong interest in structured transaction in wholesale markets, complex trading arrangements and Risk Management Systems.

Daniel Cervero, Non Executive Director, has been responsible for installing 23 Megawatts of solar installations and notably involved with the largest roof-top solar PV installation in Spain: the seventh largest in the world. He has also worked with Local Authorities and corporate clients such as DHL.
